Looks like japanese writing to me ... :)

I don't know their ability, yet, just by their appearance, they looks boring. Just as boring as Conflux in HoMM III

I could not find the origin of those pictures though. But I'm sure it's pretty apparent that they are fan-made. I don't know... I'm not sure.

I'm not sure whether it's japanese or chinese, looks the same for me. Obviously it's not arabic writing :D
