Man my foot's all swollen up... must've smashed it during training or something.

Smeared it with tiger balm so now I stink instead of being in pain at least. Nice trade-off there...

I did more running in stairs today. Felt a little less exhausted, but I'm still in very poor shape.

And I guess being keen on dinosaurs is a normal stage for kids to go through.
