Good luck.

How about your debts?
All humans do is to go to a place, bountiful of nature, and live there. Then the human multiplies and sucks all the wonders there. They move to the next. There is one thing that works the same way as that: a virus.

I thought a weekend with the family would be fun. I was wrong. Who would've known?

Yeah yeah so I had my suspicions...

Anyone here had a more fun weekend? :)

I had a fun Sunday travelling from 1 AM to 7 PM from Romania to Finland, only to find out my luggage wasn't transferred to my last flight in Helsinki. Now I have to wait for the next flight to come with it (hopefully).

One of the funniest one-liners I've seen in recent times.

Jesus saves ... he takes half damage.

PS -
For those who don't get it: think DnD.
For those who still don't get it: think Dungeons and Dragons, not Do Not Disturb.
I'm a hypocrite because I suggested that all life is sacred and should not be wasted without good reason.

Not just yet. I called yesterday and they said the luggage had arrived with the 2 o'clock flight and that they'll be sending it to the address I gave them. Silly stupid me forgot to as WHEN. I called several times yesterday and they didn't answer, so hopefully today is the day.

Isn't that cute.... BUT IT'S WRONG!

He has Improved Evasion, so takes no damage (and half dmg even if he doesn't).

Which Jesus is this? Certainly not the famous one, he doesn't mind some damage (but his dad is the boss cleric, so that's ok).

That doesn't count... he was flat footed at the time.

No he wasn't, he saw it coming days ahead (at least). Even had time for one last bash with his mates.

We're talking about the mechanic (and skill) that allows you to take less dmg per hit... (crit spear hit)

You're talking about the railroad plot...

L2P...

L2P already nub.

The plot railroaded him to being pinned on a cross... where he didn't get a save... duh.

Since he was pinned to the cross, he couldn't use Improved Evasion even if he had it, and thus took damage. And this is based on the assumption that a spear hit is being resisted with saves instead of AC, which seems a bit odd in the first place. Seeing as you mentioned flat footed-ness, it seems you actually meant it was AC and not a saving throw.

The 3 week correspondence course from the First Amalgated D&D Theology University was wasted on you, it seems.

Reflex save is before AC, isn't it?!

Is it? For a spear-thrust?

Now we need to clarify which rules we are discussing too.

Good thing this is the last day of my vacation; it seems I have too much time on my hands.

Meh, i don't know... Evasion says that it applies to any attack that allows for a Reflex save... normal weapon attacks should apply unless there's some other condition (like armour for some classes or carrying too much).
