[H5-TotE Editor] Rumors in the tavern

I'm working on a Multiplayer map where I want to add some flavor through different rumors in the tavern.
So, I've created a few rumors through "map properties/rumors" and started the map. But they are not shown up in the tavern. I've tried around a bit with the different settings for races (TOWN_ACADEMY, etc. and also TOWN_RANDOM) but no way: Only the standard gossip in the pub...

Does anybody know how to define a rumor to be shown up correctly in the tavern?

They are shown but randomly along with the normal usual ones. And sorry I don't know of a way around it either :/
No matter how powerful one becomes, there is always someone stronger. That's why I'm in a constant pursuit of power, so I can be prepared when an enemy tries to take advantage of me.

I bought about 10 or so rumors in the tavern and no one of them was mine. Although I gave it 100% chance to be shown...

This is not a % chance, it's a weight. Go for thousands, not hundreds.
