Allow me to doubt that, unless you shot less than 10 penalties in 13 years.

No, it's actually true. Never missed a penalty kick. I've only taken 3 of them, but I never missed... :)

The Norwegian league kicks off today. Two of the favourites, Stabæk and Lillestrøm, have just started at the home team's new stadium.

King is back too :oex: Along with Woody he makes up one of the best centre-back lines in the Premiership.

Put some bets on some special matches.... the first six were by mistake (the computer had a hiccup on me) but I thought the combination was so funny that I let it stand. :)

H=Home, D=Draw, A=Away

Coventry - Doncaster, D
Crewe - Leeds, A
NEC NIJ - Willem, D
Oldham - Tranmere, D
CS Rulmentul Urban Brasov - Byåsen, A
NEC NIJ - Willem, H

Ahkay, now for the proper bets...

Hoffenheim - Hannover (0-1 handicap), H
Blackburn - West Ham, H
Tottenham - Chelsea, H
Start - Lyn, D
Lillestrøm - Viking, A
Brann - Stabæk, D

Yep. Did you see why Rooney got a second yellow? Was it deserved?

Of course it was. Losing it like that, throwing the ball furiously to display his discontent? It's not the first time Rooney has been given a second yellow for such a thing.

Darren Bent got called up for the WC qualifier on Wednesday. Pavyluchenko scored a goal in Russia's win. Van Persie scored a goal in Holland's win.

I saw part of Spain vs. Turkey, a very exciting match. Early on especially, the Turks seemed likely to score.

Spurs really have a lot of talents coming up. O'Hara and Huddlestone really played well against Norway's U-21 team (Hudd scored a screamer from 25 yards :) ), and Lennon has solidified himself as the future right-winger for England ahead of Bentley, Milner and Young. Defoe and Jenas are also definitely in contention for international places, and now Bent is in the discussion as well... :-D

Brazil got even with Equador on Sunday (man, that game sucked like hell) and, yesterday, Brazil beat Peru by 3x0 (was a bit better, given that Kaka played most of the time instead of that ugly-raiser Ronaldo Gaúcho).

Norway had a really good one, for once. We struggled against Finland, and just as it seemed the match was ending 1-1, we scored in overtime.

Then, it seemed that once again we would lose the victory, as the Finns scored 2-2 immediately thereafter. Everybody was thinking "oh, great, yet another wasted win", as Gamst'n suddenly hammered home 3-2 almost 3 minutes into overtime. :D

Three goals in as many minutes. Great finish.

Ugly perhaps but a good player.

Exciting stuff Kalah.
