It sounds like we should kill a few of those 100+ page threads and open new ones.

Of course it wasn't you, you'd put darkness-pills in her food. :P

It's weird that some others (Caladont, etc) don't work slowly though...

Nah, I don't think so. You'll notice she's the owner of all the "round 2" threads. I guess it's time for round 3.

Just came home from a pub-quiz, and my team won! Best of 10 teams :proudirule: Even though I was damned sure, and ultimately mistaken, on several questions. :shh:

Ok, what is a pub-quiz? Did you really crowd 10 teams of people into a pub for a trivia game?

It's a quiz held in the local pub every other Thursday. This is a small place, not much happening most days, so people show up. With 10 x 5 people, plus various non-participants, the place was fairly full without being actually crowded.

I think that depends very much on the lady in question, and the level of drunkenness. Barfing while half undressed, then keeling over and falling asleep, is not my idea of an angel in bed.

There were some problems with the electricity here in the last days... thank God I have an UPS.

Yes. There was a lot of voltage fluctuation the last three days, I think without the UPS my motherboard would have been messed up.

Motherboard? The stuff with moving parts will fare much worse, such as the hard disk. But yeah I noticed them too, guess it was a whole city-thing. I have an UPS too.

Whoever doesn't have an UPS and uses his computer more than 2 hours a day and hates to reinstall or replace the computer, is crazy.
All humans do is to go to a place, bountiful of nature, and live there. Then the human multiplies and sucks all the wonders there. They move to the next. There is one thing that works the same way as that: a virus.

Wait a minute, why? I use my laptop a lot. You think I should get one of those thingies? Or do you mean just people in Bucharest, where the electricity grid has gone bonkers? :)

Gone bonkers, eh? Is it maybe the first sign of the catastrophe I always wished for, where that city is sucked into another dimension trough a rip in the space-time continuum caused by a huge swirling vortex of an electrical mayhem?
Veldryn 15:15 And Vel found a dirty old jawbone of a walrus and put forth his hand, and took it, and in his unholy rage, he slew thirty four thousand men and children therewith.
