The Bounty of the King

Katauri Interactive paid an homage to Jon Van Caneghem's classic... and created a damn good turn-based strategy game, according to GameSpy.

No matter how powerful one becomes, there is always someone stronger. That's why I'm in a constant pursuit of power, so I can be prepared when an enemy tries to take advantage of me.

Never got around to downloading the demo. Will probably check it out soon.
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

Well of course there are RPG elements in this one. It's a freaking great game, my favorite game of 2008!

How did a level 7 character get to Demonis?

@vicheron

From the look of the inventory, it some sort of test play. The player has practically no artifacts, which is doubtful in a real game. Also it's not really possible for him to come to Demonis with that army and he has a pretty big leadership for a level 7 Mage. Although I have no idea where this screenshot is from.

Well you can play it without artefacts you know. It's just harder that way. Leadership points are everywhere, and you get a skill in your mind skill tree that allows more points to leadership. Don't forget that a sorcerer is a REALLy powerfull caster, and can whipe a lot of enemies...
