While the chat itself prooved to be fairly informative, there are some questions that people were asking that were never put up, while there were other people who had upwards of 10 of their questions answered, and some of those were lame, like "what is hotseat", or had nothing to do with the beta at all, like "How long are the campaigns"

I found this annoying and disturbing, but overall the chat was, as I said, fairly informative.

There will be a full log posted on The Oracle League website in the next few hours

Do you think it could work with GeForce4? I'm not familier with videocards, is it too far off from what they posted?

For the beta test version, we're aiming at a P4 2Ghz, with 512mo of ram, and an ATI 9700 or Ge5600 videocard.

Remember that these are for the beta test version, not the final game*

I think the beta may be a little too much, but not positive. IIRC the GeForce4 is slightly lower end than the Ge5600

Hey, just wonderin, will the final version of the game have lower system requirements? Thats one thing I liked about previous heroes titles, is you didnt have to have an amazing comp. to run them. Just wonderin, cuz I really want to play this one ;)

It seems that these are higher end than what the final version will require

Wait, so all of the factions will be released in the beta? When does the beta start? Right now we only know 3, with a hint at the 4th and 5th....

Not necessarily CloudRider. Just because all of the towns are included in the beta (was this confirmed?) doesn't mean they'll be announced before the beta starts. Remember, the beta testers must keep all non-released game information confidential, so they could all know everything about each faction while the rest of us could still be wondering what the 4th town will be. I certainly am hoping for your scenario, but I'm not going to put all of my chips on it.

Disregard my comment, CloudRider. I just read through the entire log. Sorry about that.

All towns will be available, however, anything not previously released by Ubi, like creatures, or ANY stats, is forbidden by the NDA.

People who say there will be leaks, be warned. If you are found out, you will most likely be booted from the beta.

It's a little more serious than that... I suggest you read you NDA - there's some serious monetary penalties in there.

If they can get the money from people who pull that crap, good. Chances are they won't even try. If they DO try, even better, because jerks who want to destroy something that has this amount of demand behind it should be punished.

The beta will be MP but what happens when a player disconnects? Will the computer take it's place and allow the game to be continued in SP or will the game end like in other games?
