Creating Heroes V Portraits

Can anyone tell me what the specifics are for creating portraits for H5 and how to convert them to DDS?

Okay, I found a nice tutorial here, but... my dds files don't seem to work.

When the image is in the game, it just shows up as small little bitmap in the top left corner. Can anyone help?

I'm afraid you might have to ask in the thread at the HC. Kronos is online quite often.
