Well, for what it's worth, Slaking is worthless. His ability (which is a handicap) gets him killed against Pokémon with evasion moves like Protect.

The sequence would be like so:

Turn 1:

Enemy uses Protect!
Slaking uses [insert attack move here]
Enemy protected itself! (or something like that)

Turn 2:

Slaking is loafing around!
Enemy uses [insert attack move here]

And so on, and so on, until Slaking faints...:wall:

I should make a Pokémon thread over at the Hall of Heretics.

@stefan: Thank you very much! :D

@Kareeah: Hmm...that's a toughie.
I have a favorite type (which is Water) and one that's a close second (Ice).

I'm quite partial to Lapras myself, and I also like a lot of the Water type Pokémon (one of the exceptions being Bibarel...:S....Normal/Water is weird, and it's blank gaze gets on my nerves...:disagree:).

Did I mention Gyarados? :D
(I suppose he's my favorite...including the fact he evolves from such a useless Karp. ;))

How about you? What's your favorite? :)

Indeed!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Evil laughter can be heard coming from the distance. Suddenly...

Muahaha! I have it! The perfect interview of the new century!

*looks back*

winterfate: Darn it all! Stop filming me while I'm working up my creative juices!

Photographer: No can do. We have to keep your news thread alive somehow.

winterfate: *growls*

Photographer: You can stop growling too while you're at it.

winterfate: *shows his teeth*

Jenova then arrives, and whispers something into the photographer's ear. Blushing, the man leaves the room.

Jenova: Oh winter...

winterfate: *looking at computer* Yes?

Jenova: I need you to do me a favor.

winterfate: *still looking at computer*

Jenova: I have a painful itch right here...*points flirtily...*

winterfate: *turns around* Oh...so?

Jenova: Exactly what you're thinking! *starts taking off clothes*

winterfate: I need to finish this interview!

Jenova: You know you want to help me...

winterfate: Darn it all! You're right! Give me one second and then I'll work on you. :sweat:

Jenova: Good boy! :devious:

Jenova prepares herself and lays down on a strange bed-like apparatus.

Moments later,

winterfate: I'm back!

Jenova: *bites her lips*

winterfate: Now then, let me take a look at you. Does this hurt?

Jenova: *nods*

winterfate: And...*rotates a bit* does this hurt?

Jenova: *nods forcefully*

winterfate: Hmm...I see. This is going to hurt a bit...*moves hand forcefully*

Jenova: Ow! *smiles happily as blood starts gushing out*

winterfate: Masochistic, aren't we?

Jenova: On occasion. *grins*

winterfate: I need to stick this tool in to finish up. This could take a while.

Minutes later,

Jenova: Pull out! Now!

winterfate: I can't! It's stuck!

Jenova: Hurry!

The poor young man struggles and finally manages to pull out the offending tooth.

Jenova: Ow! What were you trying to do? Kill me?

winterfate: Sorry! If you hadn't flirted your way into this chair, I probably would've been able to better concentrate. Besides, it's not my fault you broke your tooth!

Jenova: :tongue: Thank you very much, hun!

winterfate: :embarrased: Anytime!

Jenova leaves the room.

winterfate: *sigh* I'll never get my Interview of the Century done! :disagree:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

:devil:

It's tradition you know! You didn't expect me to let this day pass without posting something like this, did you? ;)

I hope you all enjoyed it, brief as it was.

Until the next time, take care! May all your rolls be lucky!

But, I promise I'll try my best.

Unless I'm much mistaken (and I really hope I'm not since I'm the one who mentioned it first :P), double ciphering = coding what you want to say with one code (for example with a letter substitution) then coding the result with another code (for example Morse).

So if

A = S
T = O

then

at => so => ... ___
