He's actually bringing foix gras and caviar to the Pole... and to see the look on Jeremy's face when he sees there's even a Chablis. :)
James: "Would you like some gin & tonic?"
Jeremy: "What... yes, I would like a gin & tonic, but we can't have a gin & tonic, because we're in the Arctic ocean."
[James leans into the back and gets his stores]
Jeremy: "You've got gin!?"
James: "I have."
Jeremy: "And since we're in international waters, there's no drink and driving laws."
James: "Exactly."
Jeremy: "Have you got any ice? ...that's a stupid question.
James: "Drive slowly while I slice the lemon, will you..

You know, i'm starting to get annoyed with this whole "the season starts out really mediocre or even bad but some episodes as as good as the glory days" thing...
