His voice hurt my ears. So plainly, I don't like that guy.

His voice is that of someone who ought to go discreetly into the corner and cough up that goo he's got stuck in his throat.
Who the hell locks these things?

Ah... just finished NWN2-MotB. The ending was sooo good! I love it. And I also liked some NPCs. I'm just happy I played this game. :D

And for my EK, I thought it would fail me, but she did not. Very effective till the end. Though a bit complicated and ofcourse there are some weakness with the build, it still satisfies me, exceeded my expectation.

But ofcourse my no. 1 class is still Wizard. Can't replace them.

I got a question, I saw NWN the first one for $20 the other day, never played it - is the single player campaign worth a play thru? is it any good? considering I love ID and BG

@Mistweaver
That's a nice build, I think. Haven't tried to make a character with more than three classes. I think I only happen to play the following builds:

Cleric
Wizard
Fighter/Rogue/Assassin
Fighter/Wizard/Eldritch Knight

But, I think now I'm going to try Monk/Sacred Fist build. I'm still on the researching about this build. Though I am also having thoughts if Monk/Red Dragon Disciple is good or maybe Sorcerer/Red Dragon Disciple. Can't still get the big view about them. :)

@Stefan
Well, if you're going to ask me, NWN is great! NWN2 is as great as NWN and NWN2-MotB is awesome! I've been a fan of NWN for a long time. I like the story and the gameplay well, its good when it performs well.

Sadly... no. I can't find a copy here. Seems scarce. :sad: But I think some says BG is better than NWN. I really can't compare.

Baldur's Gate has a great plot but it is easily overshadowed by Torment's plot.

Neverwinter Nights has a weak story. Shadows of the Undentide and Hordes of the Underdark are much better.

Neverwinter Nights 2, just like the first game, has a weak plot. Mask of the Betrayer has an excellant story. I'd put it right up there with Baldur's Gate.

Plot-wise, I'd rate the games as follows.

1. Planescape: Torment
2. Baldur's Gate 2
3. Mask of the Betrayer
4. Baldur's Gate
5. Shadows of the Undentide
6. Hordes of the Underdark
7. Neverwinter Nights

so do you reckon, considering I love ID and BG, that NWN would be a decent budget buy?

Neverwinter Nights Diamond is an outstanding value. It includes NWN, Shadows, Hordes, and I think Kingmaker. There are a hundreds of modules you can download and some premium modules that cost $5. Of all of the games I just listed in the above post, I'd say NWN:Diamond is my favorite just because it has so much going for it.
