I'd still like to see something coming out of these Lion Artifacts.

Why is there no Dragon initiative raising weapons????

And why is there 'Elemental Waistband'? It's like a scroll that gives you a skill!(Master of conjuring)and it's the most common artifact in the game!!!!(at least that's how it seems.)

Elemental Waistband
Allows Summon Elemental spell to be equipped. Increases spellpower by +4 when Summon Elemental spell is cast
It is a minor artifact for a reason. Even though Summon Elementals is a level 4 spell, its not all that great. The ring can be useful to start with though.

And I don't think dragons need any special initiative boosters. They benefit from the artifacts that boost the initiative of all creatures. I wouldn't be suprised to see Nival introduce such an artifact though since the Academy has no dragon.

GOW
Frodo: "I wish the ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened."
Gandalf: "So do all who live to see such times but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."

No, no, I meant there isn't a weapon artifact that raises your creatures initiative. Why?

Patch 1.4 solves most of your problems. Version 1.0 is a BIT buggy, and has no map editor... The fanmade manual can also help you, you can find it here:

Not a single one useless artifact... Isn't that great?..

I really wish the artifacts carried over in the main HoMMV campaigns . . . And that they had the combo bonuses (eg. Dragon artifacts).
