In this case it's campaigner's fault because he (again) made a remark I won't comment on because the comment would be deleted anyway.
Fair is to say his remark shows some ignorance - specifically of the actual and ruling laws of a lot of countries.

You mean this little nugget of wisdom?
I've also always thought that accusations of rape when married is impossible. If you married somebody then you should know what you gotted yourself into. And you've probably done it with him lots of times so it can't compare at all to a standard rape.
Well, I hear you man but sometimes some things are better off just ignored. You're going to have a stroke if you allow such stuff to upset you so much. Some statements are so out there it's not even worth your time to retort. :)

By now the thread should have been renamed to random thoughts 2 :-D
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

Corribus, I hear you too, but I've stopped believing in ignoring things after studying history. Hitler was ignored as well - and he's not the only one. Ignoring means closing your eyes.
I firmly believe, that the pillory was a very good thing and it should still exist today. Imagine, if you could put a politician - who had failed, say, it was proven he or she was corrupt - to the pillory. Imagine that. Corrupt politicians on the marketplace, their shame open, for 3 days you could toss them with foul vegetables, piss on them... that would be it, wouldn't it? Misused public trust. A fitting penalty.
But I digress. You can't ignore this. Would you ignore if someone says, hell, the Nazis didn't kill any Jews in concentration camps? All propaganda? Ridiculous, but still...
Nah. Point with your finger on them, I say.

Well this is probably a discussion best suited for a thread NOT entitled Centaurs, but for the sake of answering questions - I agree that dangerous attitudes should be dealt with, and I am also a firm believer I think you'll admit of not shoving serious and contentious issues under the rug. I said as much in the sexy orc thread, which has since, ironically, been censored. But at the same time, some people are just so full of it, or they're doing it just to be provoking, controversial, or to start arguments for entertainment, and it's not worth your time. :D

Rename the thread:

Are all centaurs rapists?

Subtitle:
A socio-historical analyse of the sexual behavior of the equus hominis hominis and its repecussions on teenager-Nymph pregnancy

They should be in INFERNO I tell you!

:hoo:

Kidnap... kidnap. He was going to force marry her if he got away, so it wouldn't have been rape by contemporary standards.

Off topic, but since there is no topic...
If centaurs have been created from human and hellchargers/nightmare than in Ashan a satyr should also be in Bastion as a horned demon and footman cross.
Where exactly does the rainbow end?

A satyr has nothing to do with infernal units, is that a warcraft thing?
I, for one, am dying to find out what colour they paint Michael's toenails.

Neither does a Centaur.

@watcher83
It is there, just called Orc instead of Satyr.

You see what you guys are doing to him!
They are just joking Elvin, its only because of his horns that they assume he is a product of these new breed of demons X humans.

We all know that satyrs are only fiendish when they drink too much wine.
;)

No offense to the greek demigods! Or anyone else that is two-legged with horns.

There are people programmed to find anything demonic. Independent of having horns or not...

I've....had it with you jj....no more patience.

I wasn't gonna reply anymore to the offtopic things but you persist and you're not getting away with it this time.

The thread gets ontopic again but ofcourse you have to get it oftopic again and say it's MY fault too!

And to top it all off you talk crap about your nations former leader just like a politically correct, brainwashed German of today. For all your historystudies you obviously have "forgot" to research a part of your nations past from a politically incorrect perspective....can't say much more than that here. Have to check some things up with an admin first....

And about that marriage rapething....rape in my mind means attacking and using force. In a marriage (where the couple like eachother and wont hurt eachother is called sexual explotation by me. And I'm talking about the western world here). And if rape has another meaning to somebody else, well, good for you.

Mods: Yeah I could just have ignored what he said like I've done a few times before but he will just continue. And sometimes you have to make a stand.
