Nah. I did some of the others, but I don't think I ever bothered with that one. I didn't really need a whole lot of money. I suppose I could have kept buying property, but that would have taken way too long.

Yeah...doesn't look like there's too many things to waste money on in this game.

Except hooking up...:devious:

Which reminds me...I have the Bowerstone property rented out. 300 gold isn't bad. :)

Thanks for the tip Omega!

Now that I'm playing Fable TLC, I can't wait for Fable 2! :D

Fable 2 sounds great. The dog aspect is a very unusual route. I'm not too thrilled that the dog is going to die. That kinda ticks me off.

There's a trophy exploit...LOL!! :)

I just used it to get the Solus Greatsword...since I was about 15k short or so.

The blade is awesome, doing 530 per hit at times.

I'm oh so old...56 I think...

White hair with the Will User's Bright Suit looks sweet though...all wisdomy and stuff. :)

Yeah...it would've been more realistic if everyone aged...and you (the player character) aged just a tad slower...because aging over 30 years in 24 game days is insanely fast. :)

The dog dies? :S

Why?! :(

Villain kills it from what I've heard. The Developer wants you to get really attached to a dog, so you actually start to care about it.

They didn't have to go through such trouble.

I got attached to Dogmeat from Fallout, and all he does is go Woof! and bite 4 times per round in battles. :)

I'm rather susceptible to such things...if that happens I'll probably start crying (no joke).

That's how I felt about the dog in Arcanum who was aptly named Dog. Amazingly enough, he was the best character in the game. He just tore apart enemies.

Nice to see me thread resurrected, thanks to you guys ;)
The age thing annoyed me. I think I ended up around 60 when I beat the game.
Oh I know, but they are reworking on the aging system in Fable 2 :)

Somewhere in the fable forums I found info that maxing out pure strenght makes your character 30 years, same with skill, but will maxing that one out turns you 65, the max age in Fable (and TLC)

I love creating an almost pure meele character.
Berserk, charge, multi strike and summong for summoning my brown or white balverine works wonders :D Hope we can turn into these werewolf-like things in Fable 2 :-D

BTW. Heres a site full of info for you guys :)

Melee was certainly more fun than Guile or Magic. I found the Guile skills, with the exception of archery, to be fairly useless. Breaking into homes felt very tedious.

Woah...I...beat Fable TLC already...:S

15 hours?! Woah...that's short!

All in all, it was a pretty enjoyable game...being a good guy in that game is rather limiting though. :S

Nothing like fighting the Dragon Jack of Blades. :D

The fight with Maze was pretty memorable as well.

I hope Fable 2 is bigger. :proud:

Oh...but it lets you keep the sword.

Which becomes a moot point in TLC...because you get another one if you spare you know who. :)

I had the original Fable, so no extra sword. For me there was little point in keeping it, because there isn't much to do after you beat the game. I did like the ending of how my character's reformation brought the people hope.

Oh...I see.

So basically the added content in TLC (as I could tell) is:

5 extra Demon Doors
Some more Silver Chests
More quests (obviously :D)
Extended main story line...Jack of Blades returns...as a Dragon (hence what I said about how cool that fight was)
New weapons and armor (including a helm that's actually half decent for protection...adding a whopping 102 to your armor rating...all by itself.)

The game does end when you beat Dragon Jack of Blades...and I do mean end...no going to finish any missing side-quests; you have to finish your business before you go into that final area.

Even so, I estimate the expansion pack added about 2 hours to the main storyline...:(
