We have a winner!

Flutter, flutter, white feathers fall, -- when you kill the Royal Griffins
Scratches and screeches, they've got it all; -- reference to Griffins
The powerful claw has subdued the sword, -- Angels are captive, and Angels use swords
Yo ho ho, let's free it, I'm bored. -- free the Angels, plus a little something for the rhyme :D

I'm guessing Cuthbert, not cause of the rest of the clues in the riddle, but with a name like that, there was definately some maso going on and quite possibly something sadistic as well ;)

the sadomaso part probably wont be obvious before you have already got the correct answer... anyway. the way its in h3 is not connected to sadomaso in really any way. its just the name is a bit suggestive.

as of the slaves, i just happened upon it in the h3 manual long ago in a topic connected to the answer; it means actually creatures. and the last line meant that they are much harder to kill, not impossible or anything.

and the grand hint: its not any single thing or someone, its a group or collective name, as could be seen from second line.

, beastmaster

Tho my name implies sadomaso relationship,
- well, bestiality and master-slave relationship is quite sadomaso, imho
I have one of the best persons in the game.
- tazar is one of the best heros of the game, if the logistics ones are banned
Even when enemies to pieces i well do not rip,
- low attack
noone kills my slaves all the same.
- high defence, in manual fortress creatures were said to be subdued by beastmasters

congrats to silence! youre up next.
