The move is complete. Please let me know how performance is on your side.

I don't know... I keep getting this error about not enough CPU resources or something. ;)

No errors until now and pages are loading rather faster than before. I hope it improves. :hoo:

I haven't noticed a difference in the server speed, but that's most likely due to a fickle wireless connection.

Well, after 30 seconds of continuous use :-D the performance is great. I'll give my assessment after a little more time … but so far, so good.

It might be a little bit faster than what we used to have on days without the error, but not significantly so. I'm happy that we don't get the CPU quota anymore though.

Vote So far so good.
Although for some reason, I had to log in twice. No error message. It was weird. I saw myself in the online registered users section, but it still acted as though i wasn't logged in.

Protecyon and I are considering writing about that CPU Usage problem we had and tell you about the horrors of the web hosting industry. It's a long story, but it could be useful to anyone who considers putting his or her web site in the hands of a hosting company.

I'll wait a couple of days before I cast my vote. So far it seems to work excellent in terms of speed (windows load instantly) so no complaint there. I did experience some other annoying issue though: couple of times I had to re-login when I wanted to access the forum, although everytime I was checking the "remember me" box. I have no cookie cliener (afaik), but I can't tell yet if it's because of my PC or not. I'll see if it happens again.

Same as ever, just no CPU error. And do write down about your "adventure".

You don't need a cleaner, they could be just turned off in your browser proprieties.

This happened to me before the move too.

So far so good, and I haven’t noticed a speed difference either. (Unless you want to count the CPU messages as a speed of ‘dead stop’, in which case the forums are much faster now that I can use them. :D)

OK... so I'm not the only one. :)

Good to know, as I was starting to dig into my computer's settings to see if the problem is on my side.

To me it seems a bit quicker as well as more stable.

I moved my reply here, as the smilies don't show on the CH page.

But now I discovered when I am being kicked out: everytime I try to access the forums from the CH pages. Anybody else having the same problem?
