Now I have more experience on the game and can confidently say that I was wrong. The game is smart enough to NOT reward any additional EXP to a Dynasty weapon if we simply load a previous save and repeat the EXP gain. Apparently, the game records the current EXP of a Dynasty Weapon on the save file....

I remember reading that the developers of VI wants to make the game less luck-based (hence more skill-based?). I think they have successfully tone down the luck element. Battles also generally drag a lot longer and the importance of healing shoots way up, which means a good ability repertoire and us...

I live in Canada. Most places where used to be long shelves of PC games (like BestBuy, Futureshop, EBgames) have replaced them with console games. Perhaps the reduction of sales is not just UBsoft.
