Re: Star Trek Picard Series

Borg weren't destroyed at end of Voyager.. they just blew up one of their big hubs.. they've probably got dozens of them and the queen seems to be cloned back into operation pretty quick each time she goes down too haha.. Yeah that's the writers' cop-out I'm talking about. It's like: "Yeeey, f...

Re: Star Trek Picard Series

One problem for me is the rehashing of old antagonists. The Borg have been destroyed already, but then brought back again and again like the Daleks in Doctor Who... Why can't they come up with something new and creative?

Re: Randomness - vol. IV

These trees are actually developed to conserve every bit of water possible, the very shape of it has evolved to get morning dew dripping down the trunk. Love it. :)

Re: Wich Electric Shavers?

I have a model with a self-cleaning base and I like it, although I wonder if replacing the fluids will get expensive over time. I have one of those and I have a trick: since it's spiritous, it will evaporate. Therefore, I don't clean the blade after every use, instead I only use the cleaner when th...

Re: Wich Electric Shavers?

I prefer Braun, personally. I like shavers with a straigh end, not the triangular ones with several rotating blades.

Re: Training Your Body

I was very active both as a football player as a youth and later as a referee until the age of about 28. Injuries (runner's knee) made training more and more difficult and I eventually retired. This means that my main habit of training (running and jogging) is not happening anymore, so I train a lot...

Re: Q&A with Erwan Le Breton

A very good and comprehensive interview, congrats to AcidCave. :) I think Erwan is probably right that there will not be another "Heroes" game as we know them; they're just too expensive to make. If we do get another one, it will probably be designed for multiple platforms, possibly pads a...

Very good and all but is there any reason the video's still picture is a half-naked ridiculously proportioned babe with a volley ball? Will there be bikini babe units? :D

If you're thinking about relaunching some of my old stuff like the RTW I'd prefer to be doing the selection, as some of the contents can be considered a bit mean-spirited if you look at it the wrong way.

Re: Talk about the weather

In Norway (southern half), we're breaking all records of heat. No real rain to speak of since May, and not much rain coming for the next month either. This is good news for tourists and people enjoying the sun, but on the other hand farmers are now really struggling with the fact that there's no foo...
