I ignored second town. But try to catch that red hero while he's not there. If you get him, there's no fear of red any more, as it wont buy another hero. So, I managed to kill that hero (I took his wood mill, ore and such then returned to "my" part of map, he went to regrab mines, I rushed...

You have tried 1.1 then 1.2 then 1.3 and then 1.4 patch? Not from 1.0 to 1.4 to start with. Not sure, but I think 1.4 needs 1.3 to be installed first. And 1.3 needs 1.2 who needs 1.1. Crazy. And possibly not true.

Yeah, in log there are THAC0 rolls, spells, damage,... As for game itself, think it's easily the best game I ever played along with H3.

I'm sure always getting 2x dmg trumps the 20% bonus from Archery. I don't think Warlock disputed that. Just that the skill progression for Ultimate could be better. Atleast think so. Anyway, Nature's Luck for me (as prolly for 98% more people) is the best, UC and AO share second place for now. Howl...

I played on Heroic and just didn't have enough experience to succed in getting it. And found even couple of huts.

Sylvan and Academy the best. Rest pretty much bore me.

EDIT: Actually...map 4 of Academy was almost unbearable due to 10+ mins AI turns. So, just Sylvan is any good.

No change, I like them casters just fine.

High requirements for nice play.

No direct tcp/ip mutliplayer support.
