Vote yes. I think its healing power should be based on unit's HP, like 10%, etc. Plus, having an area effect around it. Thinking that they're in a fight, and just the units which are return to heal themselves would be affected by it. Say, an area of 4x4 in front of it would heal any unit in that ran...

Maybe it can be the register of the shower (which I don't know the name in English...hum....shower knob? )
