A little less randomness when leveling up would have been appreciated. What we have now in sterility.

Rather a gross distortion. It's Ubisoft who pulls the strings and dictates the pace - their responsibility.

Skyrim is not a MMORPG, it's an open-world RPG game, and a great one at that, so I'd recommend you try it, ESPK91. Try dazzling her with some mad skills and she might just come around about your age. B-)

I am all for changes, but the game's crap. Bugs aside - the A.I.'s a zombie and game play lacks variety. It's all about healing, regeneration, and transforming every single castle you capture (if you have the cash). Then there's town portal. I went from being disappointed with the game in the beta ...

I'm also having a blast with the game, currently a level 32 dark elf specializing in destruction, sneak and one-handed weapons. The dragons are easy to beat, it's the giants and their herds of mammoths that I'm unwilling to tackle!

But not even a mention of bugs and the intrusive DRM? These might not bother him personally, but they would surely factor into at least some potential customers' decision of whether or not to buy the game; and he's a reviewer, so if his integrity has not been compromised it's certainly part of his j...

It doesn't have to do with might and magic, you can see the descriptions of each skill on the hero screen and gather blood or tears points towards the side that appeals to you more.

I agree the interface is clunky, but how can you possibly say the voice acting sucks? :| I think it's excellent, and it was good in Oblivion too, the problem was all of it was done by a handful of voice actors.

But despite the controls, the game is impressive and enjoyable.

You can only learn those spells for which you have the learned the appropriate skill. You can't learn resurrection from an enemy if you don't have expert light magic, can't get fireball if you don't have basic destructive magic or higher, etc.
