I heard something about a new patch 5 months ago, also i heard something with a new town Bastion, so where can i find the new town? and when the new patch is gonna be released?

well i got heroes IV from my cousin too, i was so exidted and the game was a crap so this is why i ask, but for the look of the screenshots and reading the forums i think this is gonna be a great game, maybe not like heroes iii but a graet game indeed... I don't have the beta so i want to know why the game is delayed, and can you tell me how is the academy town now, if they are good or they are crap...
