Thank you! It required three updates, but I eventually got to version 1.3!



I had thought the game would automatically update as stated on the website.

I can't get H6 to update to the new beta... I even re-downloaded and reinstalled, but it won't upgrade!



Did anyone else have this problem?

Easily killed with a Tidy Bowl Spell.

The width of the tail is seriously out of proportion to the body... but then, dwarves are a little proportionately challenged too, aren't they?

I've gotten over 50% downloaded 3 times now, then lost the download.



Yep, it's now crawling ultra slow.

What kind of download times are people experiencing?



Mine has been downloading for over an hour and has a way to go yet... I have a 12MB/sec cable connection.

I'll bet reducing the variety of resource types significantly improved AI computing speed... smart move, as playing with the resource mix required to build can still make structure completion as difficult as in any previous version of Heroes. You don't really lose anything significant in terms of ga...

I don't know what any of these people are talking about. Everything I've seen looks terrific... far better than anything I've seen done for a turn-based game, and this is my favorite genre. If I wanted hyper-real rendering, I'd instead play 3D First-person games... 99.99 percent of PCs couldn't hand...

I prefer the Fire Snail spell. Cast it and 6 rounds later, VaVoom!... one point damage.

This is an AWESOME looking battlefield layout, and it obviously has some POWER UP features akin to those in King's Bounty.



I can't wait until the 28th to give H6 a go!

The icons for these two spells look perhaps a little too similar... I hope they can be distinguished easily enough when cast.

The map features for H6 are simply superb! Ubisoft and Black Hole have really outdone themselves. Thank you!

I think it's more likely his mount was killed in battle. After hungry miles on foot, the fool was too weak to walk another step carrying the huge load of gold, but his avarice prevented his leaving the treasure. Wow! This screenshot is truly spectacular! No wonder they're saying that developing the RMG is going to be so complex and difficult... the developers have really loaded up the landscape features for H6! Map making with the editor will no doubt be phenomenal, but I'm starting to worry that an eventua...

So, is the beta launching tomorrow or what? CH hasn't followed up on this at all! What gives?

Making maps for H6 is going to be very satisfying.
