Six did, but what about the rest?

And Corribus, have you looked into satellite? You can get 1Mbps for about $60/month and basic TV for $30.

I've been liking 'Mad Men' a lot. Also like 'Fringe' -- reminds me of X Files. Smallville is suffering from loss of Kruek, Glover, and Rosenbaum. But the Clark/Lois relationship has been a lot of fun. Erica Durance is just great. House seems to have the same story every week, just a different diseas...

Just got Civilization IV: Colonization. Seems to have captured the flavor of the original, but now with all the Civ IV goodness.

No. I keep meaning to download it again for my new computer, but I never seem to get around to it. My gaming hours are filled nowadays with Fall from Heaven, the fantasy mod of Civilization IV. It has a lot in common with Heroes, but far more depth. It is a solid, well designed mod that has attracte...

Well, here's your chance to sound off about the Cowboys. They're my team and always have been. When I was a kid, we only had one TV station in town and all they carried was the Cowboys. And, boy, did they stink back then. So my experience with pro football was 12 games of the Cowboys struggling to n...

Time to Talk Heroes 6?

Seems to me that Heroes 6 would need to take the game to a new level, and I am stumped as to how that might be done. What could be added over and above Heroes 5 that would prompt new buyers to spend money on it? New graphics? I don't see it. Massive play? Won't work. Real time? Wouldn't be Heroes. S...

These guys have a really horrible website. After some looking, I was unable to discern what the game is about, although it does seem to have an elaborate rewards system. Also the writing was clearly edited with a spellchecker -- grammar is painfully bad.

Did you know that the whole last speech by Roy Blatty was totally improvised by Rutger Hauer? I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tea...

From a practical (?) standpoint for time travel, you would need both a transmitter and a receiver. Supposing this is so, the Island's receiver would need to be linked to a transmitter in the future. But since there is no way to go back in time to install the receiver, at first they must have existed...

What has me puzzled is why Locke was known as Jeremy Bentham. Can someone be dead in the 'real' world and alive on the island? Could be.

As to Claire, is it possible she is staying so as to be with Charlie?

Claire does not make it off the island, at least as one of the Oceanic Six. And since she seemed rather attached to Aaron and is well liked by the other Losties, who would not want to separate them if necessary, then there must be some compelling reason for her to stay. She does not appear to be sic...

I watch a lot of movies, especially on cable. And even his bad ones can be the best thing on so I find myself watching. My complaint about King's movies and also his books is that they usually have only a short story's worth of ideas and tons of padding. (You can say the same about M. Night Shamayla...
