The Heroes Round Table

I just have a question about the expansions. What is the difference between Heroes III and Heroes III Restoration of Erathia? You listed them as seperate games in the maps section but i dont see RoE in the expansion section.

Um... OK that was kind of a dissapointment.

I think its just a personal bias for me because for some reason i just think the desert is well... pretty dry. (no pun intended)

I liked it better when they were a tundra faction. I think the desert look is kind of plain.

What happened to the efreet?

Maybe you should add the weekly growth.

I really miss the caravan. It was one of the best improvements in heroes IV besides the creatures being able to move without heroes which i still dont get.

Can the units that are floating move?

Story sounds the same as any other fantasy game. (Must stop evil people from taking over the world again.)

Academy creatures look very different from the old one but its not bad or anything. Also Zombie_Inc is right the gargoyles do look like paperweights. Sylvan look pretty good for the moment.

Dont you think the inferno creatures look exactly the same? (Compare the nightmares to the pit fiends and the hell hounds to the devils.)

I agree blue camel but what if the hero just had a really rough battle and needs extra creatures. The creatures could simply go to the hero. If the closest town is really far away then you could be able to get extra units two times faste.
