Can I allow MM8 races to be playable in MM6 somehow? I would like to play a dark elven knight. Of course you can. Go to the Tracker in my signature, go into the Optional Modifications section and download the Unlocker. The unlocker will allow you to play any race class combination on any continent....

Are monsters that are needed for bounty supposed to spawn randomly in the map where you accept the quest? First I had a random priest of baa in the Tularean Forest. Could we have monster footsteps?
I wonder if this is a possibility for mm 6-8. 6 even has footstep sound files for every monster. Was it originally intended to be a thing in mm6?
For mm7 and 8 sounds from Heroes 3 could be used.

Just an idea: would it be possible to have difficulty levels? Like in Heroes 3 and 2. 5 different levels but all they would do is allowing you to play with anything in between 1-5 playable characters. So the highest difficulty level would allow you only 1 character, the easiest 5.

Seeing the MM6 interface in MM8 makes me realise, that I actually don't really like the MM8 UI, simply because it is too dark. This makes the game look a lot friendlier IMO. Awesome work there, some changes turn out to have unexpected effects.

Just some random ideas and observations that crossed my mind: We've got two kinds of wyrms. The mm8 Great Wyrm and the mm6 Wyrm/Giant Wyrm/Great Wyrm. The Artemis bow, which has the electricity effect, which is the most awesome thing ever, is quite overpowered I would say. Apart from the chain lightning damage effect it also pushes enemies back, if you hit them twice with it, they will eventually take off. I just had an awful lot of fun sending go...

Dark elves can deal quite a bit of dmg with 2 swords equipped, but they get nowhere near a knight with armsmaster or a vampire with really high dagger skill (20+). Are Duke Osric Temper, Baron Anthony Stone, Lady Loretta Fleise, Eric Von Stromgard and Franklin the Armorsmith supposed to live in Dagger Wound (alongside various Inns from all across the world)? If that is not the case, I think I might have some minor issues. I also can not take quests in MM6.
