I have a Troll with GM Staff 10, Armsmaster M 7, Unarmed Expert 4 + 11. That +11 gives +11 attack rating, but expert gives only 5 to damage. Missing 6 damage for some reason. Section "RESTORING CUT CONTENT / ORIGINALLY INTENDED CONTENT RESTORATION / SUGGESTIONS" was renamed / shortened to "SUGGESTIONS / RESTORING CUT & INTENDED CONTENT" to avoid further confusion.

I meant that a character can repair a blaster gun only if he/she has the skill repairing on grandmaster and the blaster skill on grandmaster (like they were teached to handle a blaster and even repair it) Hmm, Blaster skill instead of Repair then.
