You should extract campaign files with Resedit2 and open them in campaign editor. Select an option with choosing diffuculty and copy files to map folder. Play them as "custom" campaigns.

So what is your problem, you know almost all the ways to take them down without causalties. There is one more way - vampires or units with Vampiric Touch. You kill efreets first and after that revive on other units. Well, it's bad if you have to defeat only efreets.

In general using - titans are better than dragon golems. But you can have DG faster than titans, so I think that thing is balanced.
