When I played MM6 first time, there was 1 year 11 months 18 days. Later, I never played longer than halfyear. The dungeons do never respawn! (But Hive, of course.) =)

MM3 'Water Walk' spell is not really so important, because you can drive from shallow water to deep water with 'Etherealize' spell.
