This may sound like a silly suggestion, but try dragging the new folder(If it's titled Might andMagic 6, which I'm guessing it is) onto your 3DO folder(if you didn't do that last time). When you enter the dungeon, turn right, and start walking around the little hill in the middle. Eventually you will hear the "teleport" sound and will be able to access the next part of the dungeon.
