I had 3 crashes so far . 1 before drivers update and 2 later(in demo not in the game) .
ATI cards have crashes with some games , it is the long question ,but shortly:
Microsoft supports Nvidia so Nvidia's card are more expansive but their routines are better .

Eventually ,honestly tha game is more then 5/10 .When they fix the bugs its only the lack of cities,which is weak point imo.
But because of expectations and forum drama people can feel berserker calls

They took the worsest thing from Heroes V- ovarlapping overcized cities ,which are very few.
The good thing in heroes 3-4 was to have plentitude of cities ,though 3 has more of them .
Factions units balance also not good .

Got computer crashed already-after that updated ATI video routines-maybe it would be the solution.

I should have expected -bugs .
Ubisoft must hire real professionals ,probably the old team from 3DO.
Instead of hiring wannabees I have played their game for Namco-The Mark of Chaos -bugs and lags-has destroyed that !

And how did it work for you ?

I directed install as you have adviced and now mod starts but then it says:
resource manager requitres bitmap16 and so all stops

First time it was ok with language but now I maybe shall change that

I dunno what I'm doing wrong.
I have 7 64 bit Windows .
I have put all 8 Win RAR archive files into Update folder in HoMM 3 Complete Edition .
But Installer says that it can not find any *wog install files in that Update folder.
I had woG on Win 98 system before .
