I have never played H3 for real but I doubt that neither of you H3-lovers are wrong when you say that it's a mere copy with a few upgrades. I must say I'm not sure whether to buy it. only in general:

- play more mplayer than single, you'll learn more from stronger foe than from comp, but change your foes (every player has his own tactics - some1 likes more ranged troops, some1 uses quick attacks, and so on)
- find a good tactics and train it

I am rather confused: Has HV been released yet? Or? In this forum it just sounds like alot of you have played the real game and I don't understand since it's not been released here in Denmark.. if you want more info about releasement of H5 in your country, visit websites of your country's gameshops...

Do you mean pointers about playing or pointers about mapmaking?

Combat is about as good as it should be, that's certain, it increases hero's chances to survive battle (or his combat effectivness)

H3 si for me only a upgraded copy of H2, but with Wake of Gods it is a great fun

dread knights, they are very powerful - their curse and double damage abilities are great

You've forgot about Crusaders (and maybe Cyclops too, I can't remember now) that they grow 4/week (with well of course), so they are in larger numbers than stronger lvl 6 units like titans as a compensation of theit low hp

I can help with the translation for the Czech version
I'm from Slovakia, but Czech and Slovak languages are very similar, it makes me no problem to speak Czech (or I can ask my Czech friends thru ICQ)
