I don't know why it doesn't work for you. Mostly it's corrupted download or installation, some programs, mostly antivirus shields, can intefrefere badly during installation process, you may try to turn them off.

These are wog files which are supposed to be added into main h3 lod file. I'm afraid here is too much of them to be added manually. May I recommend this addressfor getting the wog.

Simply try reinstalling over again and again.
