Haha I don't have a problem with it. I like the fact that it has global spells, like Age of Wonders II, at least if I'm reading it correctly.

Looks cartoonish, plus no dark elves. Oh well, it'll probably be fun. At least it'll work on my 3 year old PC...

Part of why IP laws are unenforceable is because third parties cannot (or rather, should not) be prosecuted for benefiting from crimes they themselves did not commit. The industry cares about what gamers will buy... if they demand outstanding, it'll provide outstanding. Most people do not, however, care about outstanding, hence only a minority of the industry will cater to a minority of gamers. This shouldn't be a mystery.
