I don't think you understood me. The Matriarch is nearly worthless compared to the Mistress - hence I meant to rebalance her, not the Mistress (who is actually worth her extreme cost.) As for the alternates, most of Dungeon's are very useful, so I am not sure what you mean.

I prefer the older wheel - not at all happy with the unlocked skills. Anyway, one thing I am happy about are the Shatter skills; they do not seem nearly as threatening as I thought they would be. They will make life harder for casters, but higher level ones won't break much of a sweat when faced wit...

The Medusa (or the Naga) could be some kind of fusion between a dark elf and a beast, like the Spider Queens in AoW 2.



And I prefer Dungeon with Dark elves... I never liked it much before.

In all likelihood I'll be buying Disciples III before I buy this, but I haven't tried its demo yet.

Yes, blood rage seems better balanced than I had thought it'd be. Of course the units' stats must be known to see how it will affect them, but I don't think it will be as over the top as I had thought it'd be. Dungeon's and Necropolis's new melee alternates will be useful against the orcs.

Provided Ubival can balance the game well, it should be fine.

Well I am on vacation now, so by the time I get back to where I stay the game will be there.

Just wait a bit after the game has been released, then buy it on eBay. The prices plummet.

Evil? Now that's a loaded term. I simply find EA dull. Nothing more than that.

$100 is no small price drop.

Very few games released by EA are to my taste. It's not a company I have much of a liking for.

No X360 for me, thank you very much. I shall rather buy the PS 3.
