How about a game where we discuss topics that actually have some potential to engage our minds, like politics, religion or philosophy?

Oh, right. Outlawed.

Hmmm... how about a game where we post random words and make funny-sounding but grammatically incorrect sentences?? :oex:

By the way, there is this thread from the last time Banedon was having trouble with entropy, which might be useful.

Thank you. By the way, to address the original question: the cause of Banedon's confusion is his error in thinking that what's "good" for the shopper makes any difference. It doesn't. For that matter, "neatness" and "order" have nothing really to do with entropy either....

Full shelves and empty cart: low entropy. Depleted shelves and full cart: higher entropy. (to a point) Let's make this simple. Suppose the super market has only 1000 cans of tomato soup, and we can put some artificial numerical label on them. In the former case, all the 1000 cans are on the shelves....

I poke in from time to time. As a matter of clarification: I "left" because I found the restrictive censorship and overzealous moderating* here to be irritating. Without any active HOMM discussion, there just wasn't much here for me. Perhaps as H6 activity increases, I will return more fre...

I heard through the grapevine that my name was uttered here. Well, cjlee, you're in luck. I do believe I still have this series of maps on my portable hard drive. Now the question is: where shall I upload it?

/delurk First of all, photons do have momentum. Second of all, to address your question, think of it this way: time is (in relativity) a function of velocity. As velocity increases, time slows down, until, at the speed of light (speed of massless particles), time stops completely. You can't go faste...
