On Iron Lore and PC Gaming
Wow, this thread is hot! :) All right, with so much sarcasm flying around, I don't want to be add to the fire but I felt obligated to just put several thoughts which I believe will be accepted by most. First of all, let me talk about myself so that you judge me accordingly if you wish to do so :) I'...

First of all, great set of ideas Mytical, I really like it. I think shape-shifting could definitely be a racial, but I'm with JJ here; it's implementation should be original. Just stat and visual changes is not original at all... Making it work like gating is a good idea actually but only if we didn...

Music is not changing by terrain, but you will hear the thread mill or fighting roosters if you go by them. You're right that it gets monotonous after some time... Don't get me started with cutscenes... And the feeling that cutscenes get better into the Inferno campaign is because they are more like...

Then the Dungeon dragon may be Achromatic Dragon.
OK, white is also achromatic but you get it from the context

Don't worry Saturas, other factions will get comparable upgrades. So, chances are, Sylvan will still be your favorite

I agree with GOW. Summoning school was my least fav. and now it's even weaker.
Divine Vengeance is not a great spell but Regeneration has always been very useful. Do we know if it resurrects?

Sorrow is overpowered for a level 1 spell. Vampirism is cool but may turn out to be overpowered. Apparently Ubival has decided that Dark and Light schools need some buff, so here we are. Deep Freeze is neat but I'd like to see more Destruction spells. Like Firestorm: A huge fiery tornado. Does fire ...

Some suggestions:
1) Trites of the Least (or East, referring to Nival)
2) Grides of the Feast (referring to Orcs)

In-Game Skill Wheel Mod
(Great) News: the mod does not require HoF! It works flawlessly with the standard game.
My question: are there any changes in skill trees from standard to HoF?
Many thanks to Aurelain and Azard for making such a huge addition possible!

So far no one has been able to explain why European copies are distributed in North America. For many, if not all, industries Canada is a European country. You should be happy, you're both in North America and in Europe :D The same works for Australia and New Zealand. See the connection?: Long live...

I think two magic alignments per faction is too much of a constraint given there are only four magic schools and this many contradictions. What about three (3) magic alignments, with emphasis on two: Knight: Light(!) + Dark(!) + Destruction Ranger: Light(!) + Destruction(!) + Summoning Necromancer: ...

Necromancy is a lot different with 2.1, in a good way. It plays much interestingly and fun. You may end up with a lot of Wraiths so I suggest you guys take that into account when coming up with improvements. That said, I think enhancing Harm Touch to make it remove enchantments is an overkill, becau...

(Lack of) Compatibility is a big issue. I don't understand their policy here. Probably it's not a result of bad policy but bad programming. In any case, there's something seriously broken. Patching is a good thing, if implemented effectively that is. With the fact that we encounter new bugs after ea...
