I think, that Heroes V is a game that needs a tight "environment control" because otherwise things will run out of every order. There is no, absolutely no reason NOT to give the mapmakers the,,, Ooooh scary word coming up, CHOICE! to make whatever they want. If someone makes a map too big...

[quote="myythryyn"] this is absolutely terrible. this is the stupidest thing nival has done yet. i rarely rant, but this simply is the clincher of stupid things nival could to do to ruin the map editor. this is even worse than an eight town limit. why would they limit thier editor this way...

Because I don't like parting shots like this: "Your right. If reason cannot change his mind, nothig can.So Ill just stop posting here. " That's certainly not constructive either. I certainly don't see any grounds on which DL can claim reason for himself. You remind me of that asswipe "...

That WAS constructive criticism. Non-construtive criticism would be like someone coming on the forum and saying, "This game sucks!" But if you say, "This game sucks because there are no caravans." That is at least somewhat contructive because you're giving a reason and implying ...

But that is the worst thing of it.. The "just one more turn" feeling is missing. IMHO. I think that the "slowness" of the game is somewhat to blame for this. Together with all the other faults. Which is rather weird, since they said theyll speed up the game.BF is smaller, yet batt...

Is the new mapeditor easy to use? I mean; it is a lot about H5 that I
do not like but a nice and easy to use mapeditor may make the
game a little bit more interesting, and maybe justifying a buy?

Not that I intend to make any maps, but others do and that is
something that saved H4.

2-3 Graphics is a mater of taste. While I am not a big anime fan I don't have a problem with the way the characters are portrayed. Especially since H5 graphics has absolutely nothing to do with anime. It's more like european comics such as Lanfeust de Troy (not to mention the Black Moon Chronicles)...
