Right now, in normal mode duels, Haven >= Necropolis > Stronghold >= Sanctuary >> Inferno. Blazing Glories' ability to dispell is simply too ridiculas in this mode, where mass spells are obviously going to play a huge role, and with tactic 1 they'll be tough as hell to take out . Necropolis is power...

Also, on PitLord, their special actually isn't that hard to utilize especially if your going might, just take taunt on level 15... Taunt + countstrikes + stand your ground if you want and Pitlord's basically insane, also he can life drain with his retaliation (all of it) which is really nasty. Also,...

Might & Magic: Heroes VI - Inferno - Angel, Angel, Burning B
Another thing, Demented drain "damage" not "attack" for example, goblins do 2-3 "damage" per unit, and have base attack + hero bonus etc, but their damage is fixed, so if you hit Goblins 3 times with demented, he will do abosalutely 0 damage even if he has 1 million of ...

Might & Magic: Heroes VI - Inferno - Fearful Symmetry
It's relative, Cerebus are so weak on defense that I often don't even want to risk them in battle. also in these first few mission you get massive number of free dogs so that really makes them more powerful than they seem, if you play a duel they end up being rather blah.

Yes, for some odd reason the final fight ends up being the toughest of the whole game (except for Sanctuary 4 if you accidently get into those uninteded fights) Also, in my experience, orange is actually quite tough on this map, he starts with much more town than you can can come at you from several...

Tribes of the East → Will of Asha → The Grim Cru
yeah the first orange invasion is rather problematic even on normal, doesn't help that Arantir is slow as hell and might not make it back in time fortunately I had already maxed fortification and somehow managed to barely win (I was left with just 20 zombies) with a lvl 1 hero and about 1.5 week wor...

For those final missions usually it would help greatly if your secondary hero is useful, blitzing with two hero is almost always the way to go, if a really REALLY tough enemy shows up you can always TP back and merge the armies. generally speaking, casters secondary hereos are more useful, since the...

Re: Any Bring-Over Heroes in Stronghold Campaign? (Spoilers)
Hi, not sure if anyone has completed the Stronghold campaign. In mission 2, Acamas joined you after you earned the respect of the cyclops. Just wondering if he will travel with you (physically) in missions 3 and 4? I'm thinking if i need to train him up (getting all the stat boosters for him prior ...

Patch 1.2 on December 20th
they'll probably fix all the major super obvious bugs like luck and Imperial Griffen, but it's such a blah that they took so long and will most likely not fix everything anyway and we wait for another half year before they patch and by then we'd all left the game.

Re: Might & Magic: Heroes VI - Sanctuary - The Winding S
Please - you did not mention set artifacts that can be collected in this mission. You need to add that info. I think they are static, i.e. some of them are on a specific map location (guarded by neutrals) and some can be gotten by completing a certain objective (conquer a town/hero/etc). How do you...

Re: H6 Patching Policy
No, there are a lot of major bugs which are common to everyone. Like luck not working. I remember when Heroes 2 came out. Not even the slightest bug. Sure it was kinda simpler, but not that much. Everything worked perfectly and I am not even aware of any patch for it. Not to mention it had the best...

Might & Magic: Heroes VI - Sanctuary - The Winding Star
It seems to depend , but i've had the enemy attack a lot early on as well, especially in my first run through this on normal , they can come from 5 different direction too which is the most difficult, and this is one of the few where they utilized town portal well (if you come close with bigger army...

Might & Magic: Heroes VI - Sanctuary - The Fury and the Mire
Again, Teleport is very very useful for sanctuary magic hero, if only because you have no flier and are often stuck outside walls forever during seige. being able to TP in your melee units helps a ton espeically in the really tough onces where your elementals alone are not enough. and of cource, Tel...
