I agree with DM on the second thing... how are Necromancers or Demons not evil? Destruction, causing pain and suffering is all they've been created for. Apart from that, it's just about individuals though.

my own plan is to buy a completely new computer rather than upgrade the old one. With such weak stats as mine there is no point of making minor upgrades at this time when most games require 512 as a minimum.

wasn't it confirmed around the times of beta when the storyline section was way bigger and more detailed? That's where we know the Fire and Water Dragons' names from IIRC

it seems simple to me, you choose what upgrade path you want ot follow in your town, each having some stuff unique to itself... but if Haven is the only town able to access this feature, I guess it is only available in the campaign (in which I guess you have no choice but to use the alternate upgrad...

what JJ just told us is a list of alternate upgraes for the Haven town, so there are only alternatives for the upgrades, not all of the units. Also, he still hasn't said whether this is a campaign-only feature or not, I think it is as it would be unfair for other towns if they didn't have alternativ...

ok, I get what youe mean now. It would be pretty cool, but I don't think tey'll implement this sort of feaure, and the "renegade haven" units seem to be campaign-only imho... we'll see as soon as some more info is released ^_^
