If you want to turn mouselook off and go back to original, there's a setting in the .ini file for that:

\mm8.ini

Line 21: MouseLook=1

change that to

Line 21: MouseLook=0

Yeah, that's a bug I noticed in the Merge Mod -- when you try to rest, you really need to touch absolutely nothing. Don't touch the keyboard, don't touch the mouse, until you get to the desired time. The "Wait Until Dawn" option should wait until 6:00 AM, not 5:00 AM. Most shops open at 6:00 AM. There should be a "Wait Until Dusk" option as well, that'd wait until 6:00 PM. Certain shops (The Pit, Deyja, Nighon) only open at 6:00 PM. Shadowspire should be added to that Dusk l...

I tried M&M 7 and found that i could hire tons of hirelings. At original the limit was 2 person to hire. Is it bug or enhancements? If all hirelings works the game balance ruins badly. That might have been done because MM7 was unique in that it allowed you to have more than your 2 hirelings but...

I'm pretty sure that it's supposed to be 2d3+4 because that's what most other daggers are, not counting Long Daggers.

EDIT: Nope, I was wrong. They are 2d2+3 in the original MM8.

One more thing I'd like to ask about... The little message bar that displays various messages... like damage, or mousing over things, like barrels, etc appears at the top of the screen. In the original versions of these games, this was always at the _bottom_ of the screen just above the character p...

To be honest........ Some people might use that for good. Some people might not like that bolster thing, and decide that hey, let's say you start MM8 first to get those cool classes, but you finish Jadame and you're some Level 90. You don't want to hop on over to New Sorp with a full party of Level ...

Did you installed GrayFace's patch previously? Check your 'Data' directory for following files: '00 patch.games.lod', '00 patch.icons.lod', '00 patch.T.lod'. If any of them present, remove. *facepalm* Gah. I thought for sure the first time I Tried to install this, I did this out of a fresh GOG down...

I, for the life of me, cannot get this to work whatsoever. This is what I did: 1). I copied and pasted my MM8 installation to another drive because I didn't want to overwrite 8 entirely. 2).
