Would be nice to have the ability to "respec" a character. As in refund all their skill points and set all their skills back to 1. Some hireable NPCs come with skill points in non-optimal skills. Maybe add a new craftable black potion that respecs the skill points of a character that drink...

Yeah, if you would play MM8 world, you could savescum so many easy artifacts. Tree chest in Ravenshore. Chest behind Ogre Fortress in Alvar. mm8.ini, QuickLoadKey=123 for F12 (list of key codes can be found in Scripts/Core/ConstAndBits.lua).

Skills are still restricted by class. Knights don't get Regeneration so a Troll Knight will have no meaningful Regeneration. I see. Thank you. Even better, because troll is very strong by itself because of stun, it would be OP being a knight with GM regeneration... Actually, Troll Knights can learn...

I tend to agree about Meditation. The regeneration part renders SP regenerating items essentially useless, considerably lowers the value of mana potions and makes the early game overall too easy. The "Ingredient Rain" tends to happen when switching maps. Going from Ravenshore to Garrote Gorge, can cause Ravenshore's ingredient spawn to appear in Garrote Gorge as well. Alvar to Murmurwoods can do the same. This is a bug that has been around since at least vanilla M&M8.

BTW, I had a new potion idea today: Disenchant Item. It could be used on any magic item (except for artifacts and relics ofc) and would provide an option for players who don't like doing immersion-breaking stuff like save scumming for re-rolling an item and trying to enchant it again.
