I've had a hard time with Fraps in these older heroes games (hence resorting to capturing sections of the screen in windowed mode). Also I didn't like the quality of the output with the free AMD capture program. I'll have to test this out.

I wanted it to run in windowed mode to be able to record video. I can't really find any tools that work properly for me to record in fullscreen. For the animated town screens I edited for Shyranis' old account I recorded using 1024x768 and stretched them to 1280... I'd prefer to have them native if ...

does it force it to 1024x768 when you set it to windowed mode? I'd love if it kept its resolution.

I actually plan to capture a lot more than just the town themes.

I've come to realize Heroes 4 has a very, very unfortunate abbreviation.

Edit: On the plus side I can now claim with all honesty that UPlay gave me HIV.

Added The Heroes V, Hammers of Fate and Tribes of the East title screens. In 1080p (I was considering uploading them in 3K, but Windows Movie Maker sadly doesn't support higher than 1080p)

Also threw the Clash of Heroes HD trailer up while I was at it.

They added more games. They added Hammers of Fate, Tribes of the East (Both UPlay like Homm V) and Heroes 1 (DRM Free). I never tried their torrent option, I think most people use direct download... Or I could just be an unobservant blithering idiot. I will not rule that option out.

I haven't tried yet because I have had heroes 3 and V to keep me busy. I haven't tried Equilibria yet. I also only run windows, not Lin/wine... I wouldn't mind d swapping HD footage around :) BTW, I found out that for the HD edition of Heroes 3 all of the old fmvs were just recoded at original resol...

Hey Kalah, I just wanted to say. Keep up the great work.

I have uploaded the HD versions after spending most of the night awake working on them: Playlist version (Which also tacks on the slightly aboveSD/sub HD Conflux video) Or there is the all in one video with the HD restoration of Erathia towns. I made doubly sure that all the buildings were there.
