Edit: Just tested it, worked great! I set the image size to 144 and indexed the colors to the ones specified.

Is it in any way possible to convert an image file to a Heroes III map, if the image file is the right format and indexed to the correct colors?
This would only imply basic terrain to use as a base for the map.
