From my experience, it can go like this: You can only be Blood / Tears oriented at any one time. Hence, no "mix" You can go from Blood 1 -> Blood 2 Blood 1 -> Tears 1 (there's some achievement for this) Blood 2 -> Tears 1 (there's some achievement for this) And the exact same (in reverse, ...
