On further investigation the game handles world bits very oddly, just like Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Diamond rocks, they don't seem to be saved within the save game. well I know that the +2 wells are 8 uses a month (as long as the primary stat is < 15) It is not actually a month, the + 2 perm stat wells refresh as soon as you use the stables or ship lines to travel to a new location. So I did some digging and it seems the CC packer creates the initial save files when it re-packs the game files.
Is there a way to edit the __default.sav files that the CC packer creates when it re-packs the game files?

I have been looking for a way to edit the characters that begin in a new game (before the CC save file is created) but I am not sure which extracted data files contains the character information.
