There has been a fix for that in Empire of The World IV map for ERA.

(of course almost no patches or mods exist for original H3).

Regarding VCMI, as far as I understood android version is not supported and there is just early version of android version, or is it developed again ?
What makes you understand that VCMI Android port which I linked does not support Android?

More precisely, VCMI never officially supported Android. The port is a fork made by a member from outisde team, who left and abandoned it. We don't have anyone familiar with Android right now.

Still, if we can't do that, no one else can for sure.
