Way to go Michelangelos! Winning the game without fear my roar shout is in no way a small task! Congrats on your victory. Thanks for sharing the game's outcome. Its always great to have some feedback from different players on strategy. Now keep that might rolling and make haven pastrami with Gotai. ...

Misteriously I knew TT was answering to the physical aspect of boarding a boat... (took you long enough, I was already thinking my guessing failed) :devious: Indeed. I takes a while to board a boat. Lets say 8 move points. Which makes completely nonsense when you arrive at the boat with your last do...

The answer is.. abuse the artificial intelligence. What you will need: Loads of centaur nomads. Two stacks of Chieftains Two stacks of earth daughters One stack of hulks (doest matter if Cyclops or Pao kais) One fat stack of warmongers One ballista One ammo cart Hero gotta have: A decent mana pool (...

Normally at the sea, object density is much wider spread than on land, which demands long paths in order to reach islands or simple objects. As if this was not time consuming enough, boat movement is insanely slow, which inevitably means you will be having lots of bland turns moving around before yo...

Hiya Darius, I reported the very same error some six months ago, here in the buglist and as an independent thread, with the image attached to it (check a couple pages back). No one could help me through. And yes, this error SUCKS. Prevented me from playing vanilla through before I began HoF, in whic...

In some maps this stupid spell can be used for insane abuses, I myself once played some quack at Ubi.com and as I reached a resource filled island, the man just summoned my boat, trapping me there with this absurd spell. Although my main hero was higher lvl and obviously stronger, I had to sit and w...

So Geknel, ressurection and vampirism are not a combo per se. The reason for that is that a creature under the effects of vampirism count for all matters as if it was undead. And you cannot use ressurection on undead. For that goal, raise dead will work permanetly and like a charm. Plus, under vampi...

And yes, there is no use to carry your whole army with you, Champions and Archangels can do some insane stuff, esp. if you are lucky to have Resurrection in the Mage Tower or Tom of Light (even though I prefer Expert Dark and Vampyrism, this way you'll need only the Champs, with dealing with the ne...

I guess that's why ranking the schools is ultimately a waste of time. In the RT nothing is a waste of time, BB. You see how much productive debate and different perspectives we got simply for discussing magic schools and their uses? I, for instance, never tryied summoning inferno, and just by readi...

Not necessarily Lakely. He means recruitment for the second hero I am sure. And thats never bad IMO. And Geknel: unfortunatelly you got one of my weakest spots here. My skills with haven are rudimentary at most. I am affraid I cant offer you too much advice on that one. But again, we got many other ...

Hi Geknel, Indeed AI cheats. You got that right. More correctly spoken AI is allowed to cheat. The higher the difficulty level the more advantages they are granted, in order to present a decent threat. Apparently, to program very intelligent AI in this game is a ridiculously hard job, so they went t...

Impossible, other people in the frame would further ilustrate my degree of paleness. (Much like yourself with the children in the pool, hehehe...) People who actually enjoy the sun always make it hard for our shirtless experiences. :disagree: It turned out to be a rarity walking around in the beache...

Lol, indeed a newbie like you wouldn't believe. ;) But again, there is a matter which has to be adressed. Are we talking single player or multiplayer? This makes a world of a difference. AI handles some sorts of magic much suckier than others. Dark magic for instance can mostly turn any AI insides o...

Babes, Sex & Video Games
The argument I bring here its one the most ancient topics in which conservatives and liberals wholeheartedly disagree. But some quite violent games are rated 17 while games with any degree of pornographic activity are rated 18. So here we sit, thinking how bad it is that "sex" is exploited...

27 KM in 3 days :| , how do you do that. Walk for one and a half hour and set up camp? Sorry Darkness, I hope this doens't sound offensive, it is surely not meant in that way. But you got no idea of what you're talking about. Unless you're joking, of course. In case not, 27km on asfalt, downhill, w...
