There's 10 or so Emerald Dragons around area 8, just north of the vampires. Kill them as soon as you can since I have the feeling that they'll join Gil's army. Heck, even on normal the army Gilraen gathered after I triggered the insane elf spawn rate just made me stare at the screen and say "WT...
